- The candidate should have experience managing demolition sites and preparing work plans, field efforts, and report writing.
- Strong knowledge of Health and Safety protocols is essential, with OSHA 30-hour construction safety and OSHA 40-hour training required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary for providing quality project delivery and client service.
