- The Project Accounting Associate will be responsible for the accurate and efficient setup of projects within ERM's systems.
- This role involves maintaining accurate financial and administrative records throughout the project lifecycle.
- The associate will facilitate the client invoicing process and ensure proper closure of projects upon completion.
- Responsibilities include partnering with project teams to resolve variances and ensuring timely invoicing to meet WIP DSO goals.
- The role requires regular review of project activities to close projects after completion of work and to escalate outstanding issues as needed.

- The ideal candidate will have a degree in commerce or a related field, with additional courses or certifications in accounting, finance, or project management being beneficial.
- A successful candidate will possess three to five years of project accounting experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for prioritizing tasks effectively and completing them accurately.
- The candidate should be highly motivated with a strong work ethic, capable of owning and driving tasks to full resolution.
- Effective and professional communication skills are necessary for interacting with both internal and external customers across all levels and functions.
