- The Financial Controller will oversee all finance-related aspects for ERM Thailand, including accounting, tax, treasury, and compliance.
- This role involves preparing annual budget plans and monthly forecasts while providing financial analysis and management reports to support decision-making.
- The candidate will act as a business partner to the Country Managing Partner and senior staff, helping to manage a rapidly growing region.
- Ensuring compliance with financial accounting and control policies, as well as local taxation and statutory requirements, is a key responsibility.
- The Financial Controller will work closely with HR on payroll and compensation matters and will liaise with auditors to ensure transparency in financial reporting.

- The ideal candidate will have a professional accounting qualification and a minimum of 10 years of working experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a senior position within a multinational corporation.
