- A successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or a related field.
- The ideal candidate will have 0 to 3 years of experience in consulting or industry, with direct consulting experience being a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with clients, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders.
- Proficiency in computer modeling software such as AutoCAD/Civil3D, GIS Software, and Hydraflow is preferred.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prepare concise and accurate technical documents are crucial for this role.
- The candidate should possess excellent interpersonal communication skills to convey complex technical knowledge effectively.
- A valid driver's license and a good driving record are required for site visits and fieldwork.
