- The role involves conducting EHS audits to support mergers and acquisitions, as well as regulatory compliance audits and supply chain audit programs.
- The consultant will perform audits on ESG issues to help companies identify reputational risks and opportunities for sustainable development.
- The position requires supporting project managers with research, report writing, and proposal preparation.
- The consultant will be responsible for delivering multiple project tasks or components, including proposals.
- Frequent travel within the country to various work sites is expected as part of the job responsibilities.
âš¡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and a strong interest in sustainability disciplines such as Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG).
- A master’s degree in environmental engineering, environmental management, or a related field is required, with a specialization in energy or civil engineering being a plus.
- Proficiency in English at a C1 level is necessary, and knowledge of additional languages, particularly French and/or Spanish, will be considered advantageous.
- Candidates should possess a good understanding of Italian Environmental and EHS legislation, as well as international EHS standards.
- The successful applicant must demonstrate the ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, and work independently while being responsive to client needs.
