- The consultant will manage and deliver Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) for various capital projects, including Oil & Gas and Renewables.
- The role involves understanding emerging biodiversity requirements and achieving Project Manager status for relevant projects.
- The consultant will contribute to proposal development, including technical scopes and cost estimates.
- Collaboration with global practitioners and participation in technical communities is expected to ensure resource sharing and best practices.
- Mentoring junior-level consulting staff is a key responsibility to help develop their skills in the capital project delivery practice area.
⚡ Requirements
- A successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Biology, Ecology, Environmental Sciences, or a related discipline, with a master's degree being advantageous.
- The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in impact assessment and environmental permitting, ideally within a consulting environment.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential for managing complex projects effectively.
- The ideal candidate should be a team player with a service-oriented mentality, eager to learn and grow within the organization.
