- The role involves end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
- The successful candidate will develop strong relationships with senior managers and technical leaders across ANZ & APAC.
- Responsibilities include implementing ERM's recruiting process and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- The position requires collaboration with the APAC TA team and local HR Advisors to achieve business outcomes.
- The role is focused on becoming an expert in sustainability talent across Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, and China.

- The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 8 years of proven agency or in-house technical recruiting experience is required.
- Candidates should possess a strong understanding of environmental and sustainability industries.
- Excellent organization and communication skills are essential, with an emphasis on confidentiality and diplomacy.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is required, with Korean as a bonus.
