✨ About The Role
- The Reliability Engineer will execute assigned process improvement projects in alignment with site priorities.
- This role involves supporting capital project development and implementation by collecting and analyzing technical information and data.
- The engineer will serve as the first point of contact for diagnosing and troubleshooting site process-related issues.
- Implementing corrective actions related to safety and processes in accordance with the Management of Change (MOC) process is a key responsibility.
- The engineer will work closely with maintenance and other plant teams to create solutions that can be applied consistently company-wide.

- A successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Engineering and 5-7 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the wood or paper industry.
- The individual should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential for this role.
- Experience with LEAN manufacturing, FMEA, and Process Hazards Analysis will set candidates apart.
- The ideal candidate will be willing to respond to after-hour calls regarding processes and equipment.
