✨ About The Role
- The C&I Strategic Sales Manager will be responsible for calling on National-focused C&I Solar Developers and Commercial Enterprise Customers.
- This role involves collaborating closely with various teams including Residential Regional Sales Managers and C&I FAEs.
- The position requires the establishment of plans and strategies to expand the Enphase C&I business.
- The successful candidate will create and execute 6 quarter forecasts and report on sales and opportunities status.
- They will partner with C&I training and Field marketing to deploy C&I training and events.

- The ideal candidate has a successful track record of C&I solar sales to installers.
- They should possess a minimum of 5-10 years of C&I sales experience to direct and channel partners as well as Commercial Enterprises and Offtakers.
- A proven ability to gain a price premium through consultative solution selling is essential.
- The candidate should demonstrate strong negotiation and influencing skills, being commercially astute.
- An entrepreneurial personality with a hands-on attitude is highly valued.
- The candidate must have demonstrable strategic vision and planning capabilities.
- They should be quantitatively and results-driven, able to adapt to rapidly changing environments.
