✨ About The Role

- The role involves technical evaluation, testing, and implementing new components, tools, and machines to optimize installation processes. - The project manager will regularly accompany assembly teams to identify potential improvements in material flows and workflows. - The position includes creating practical guides for new hardware and preparing knowledge for the assembly teams. - The job requires collecting feedback from assembly teams and representing their interests in the further development of hardware. - The candidate will play a key role in the largest D2C heat pump distribution in Europe, contributing to the company's growth.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate has a completed vocational training in the SHK sector or a comparable technical qualification. - A successful applicant will have several years of experience in the installation, maintenance, or development of heat pumps. - The candidate should possess strong conceptual thinking skills and experience in project management. - Proficiency in digital tools and excellent MS Office skills are essential for this role. - Fluency in German at a native level is required to effectively communicate with the team and clients.
