✨ About The Role

- The Project Manager will be responsible for the technical evaluation of new components, tools, and machines to optimize installation processes. - Regularly accompanying assembly teams to identify potential improvements in material flows, workflows, and operating resources is a key responsibility. - The role involves creating practical guides for new hardware and preparing knowledge in an understandable manner for assembly teams. - Collecting feedback from assembly teams and representing their interests in the further development of hardware is crucial. - The position is part of a larger initiative to scale the largest D2C heat pump distribution in Europe.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have a completed vocational training in the SHK field, such as a qualified technician or a similar technical qualification. - A successful applicant will possess several years of experience in the installation, maintenance, or development of heat pumps. - The role requires strong conceptual thinking skills, with a proven ability to identify optimization potentials and implement structured measures. - Proficiency in digital tools and excellent MS Office skills are essential for this position. - The candidate should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and be eager to contribute to the company's mission of green energy.
