- The role involves providing assistance to Install Partners, including support with Zuper and invoicing.
- The candidate will manage ticket resolutions for partner requests and issues.
- Onboarding new Install Partners and integrating them into the system is a key responsibility.
- The job includes managing IP Slots by assigning and monitoring slots for installers.
- Collecting necessary documentation for collaboration and managing escalations for expired documents are part of the role.
- The candidate will also be responsible for approving invoices and creating templates for invoices and control plans.

- The ideal candidate should have previous experience in Back Office Operations or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to assist Install Partners effectively.
