- The intern will be an essential part of the operational business within the Venture Development Team. - The role involves supporting the scaling of a new heat pump venture from day one. - Interns will be involved in various projects within the product funnel and will have the opportunity to take ownership of solution proposals. - The position requires cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders from different departments and leadership levels. - Interns will assist in the conception, planning, and implementation of cross-departmental programs and measures.

- The ideal candidate has completed or is pursuing a bachelor's degree in a business or natural sciences discipline from a top university. - Candidates should have some practical experience, such as internships in startups, consulting, or venture capital. - Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. - Excellent communication skills in both German and English are required to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. - A high level of self-responsibility and quality standards is expected from the candidate. - The candidate should possess an entrepreneurial spirit and be motivated to develop and implement innovative ideas.
