✨ About The Role

- The Senior Manager will be responsible for the overall direction, management, and quality control of program deliverables.
	- This role involves leading multiple projects with overlapping deliverable schedules and managing complex project budgets.
	- The candidate will conduct in-depth market research and data analysis to identify significant trends impacting energy efficiency.
	- The position requires developing and managing project teams, including subcontractors, and ensuring accountability and compliance.
	- The Senior Manager will also support contract execution with clients and subcontractors and lead proposal content development efforts.
                            

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in an energy-related or policy-related discipline, with a preference for advanced degrees.
	- A minimum of 10 years of related experience is required, with at least 6 years in project management.
	- Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and stakeholders.
	- The candidate should have demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate risks and propose mitigation strategies.
	- Experience working with state governments and non-governmental organizations is highly desirable.
