- The role involves identifying, developing, and completing new commercial opportunities for Gas Transmission. - The candidate will manage existing customer accounts and market growth projects ranging from $50 million to billions of dollars. - Responsibilities include conducting direct contract negotiations and leading negotiations with customers for new business opportunities. - The position requires collaboration with various internal departments to build consensus on business development initiatives. - Regular internal updates on business development initiatives will be provided to senior leaders.

- A successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a closely related field. - The ideal candidate will possess at least nine years of experience in business development or customer-supplier relationship management within the pipeline industry. - Experience in interstate pipeline industry roles is essential, with at least two years specifically in that area. - Strong interpersonal skills are necessary for initiating and maintaining relationships with customers and partners. - The candidate should be comfortable with travel, as up to 15% travel within the US and Canada is required.
