✨ About The Role
- The Sales Support Advisor will oversee contract rate customer requests from initiation to completion using the Customer Connections Worksuite (CCWS) system.
- This role involves acting as a liaison between Engineering/Operations, Finance, and Sales during the cost estimation and construction process.
- The advisor will be the primary contact for questions related to the contract customer attachment process.
- Identifying enhancements to the CCWS system and managing the associated TIS process for resolution is a key responsibility.
- The advisor will address process issues to ensure adherence to workbook timelines and implement enhancements for efficiency and data integrity.
- Monthly meetings will be led to facilitate transparency on project developments and ensure timely completions.
- Training for system users will be conducted as needed, and participation in customer meetings may be required.

- The ideal candidate will have a related university degree and at least 4 years of work experience in a relevant field.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should have a proven ability to implement process changes effectively.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization are necessary.
- Experience with the contract customer attachment process is considered a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.
- Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Maximo, and SAP is preferred.
