- The internship involves a mixture of hands-on projects, lab experience, and administrative work under general supervision.
- Interns will create project plans for all phases of the electrical product development plan.
- The role includes analyzing testing data and developing problem-solving analyses in collaboration with the engineering team.
- Interns will partner with the engineering team in design and development to provide OEM customers with high-quality products.
- The position requires coordination of design and design change activities for various customers.
- Interns will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Chemical Engineers, and Lab Technicians to solve problems.

- The ideal candidate is a rising sophomore, junior, or senior in Electrical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.2.
- A strong results-orientation and execution characteristics are essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should be resourcefully innovative and able to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary, along with a strong ability to work collaboratively within a team.
