- The Sales Development Team Lead will co-manage the Sales Development Associate team in the Americas sales region.
- This role involves designing and executing the sales development strategy for the assigned sales region.
- The candidate will collaborate with the Regional Sales Director and regional Marketing managers to develop demand generation strategies.
- Responsibilities include monitoring the quality of opportunities sourced by the Sales Development Associates and tracking team metrics.
- The role also involves recruiting, onboarding, and training new sales development associates, as well as setting performance targets.
âš¡ Requirements
- A successful candidate will have a degree in business, sustainability, marketing, procurement, or a related field.
- They should have a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) role for at least one year.
- The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of experience successfully leading a sales development or sales team.
- Experience in developing business in the North American market is essential.
- Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Demandbase is required.
