- The Sales Development Team Lead will co-manage the Sales Development Associate (SDA) team in the Americas sales region.
- This role involves designing and executing the sales development strategy for the assigned sales region.
- The candidate will collaborate with the Regional Sales Director to develop a regional demand generation strategy.
- Responsibilities include monitoring the quality of opportunities sourced by the SDAs and tracking team metrics to report to leadership.
- The role also requires recruiting, onboarding, and training new sales development associates, as well as setting performance targets.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a degree in business, sustainability, marketing, procurement, or a related field.
- A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) role for at least one year is essential.
- Candidates should possess a minimum of one year of experience successfully leading a sales development or sales team.
- Experience in developing business in the North American market is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Demandbase is required.
