✨ About The Role
- The Regional Marketing Senior Manager will be responsible for driving regional marketing strategy for DACH and Southern Europe.
- This role involves building and implementing a regional marketing strategy that leverages all marketing channels to drive customer acquisition and pipeline growth.
- The manager will collaborate with GTM/Sales leaders and central marketing teams to develop regional priorities and multi-channel marketing programs.
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of regional marketing programs with sales will be a key responsibility.
- The role includes managing a small team of Regional Marketing Associates dedicated to Southern Europe.
- The manager will also plan and execute marketing programs and events such as trade shows and conferences for the DACH region.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or communication.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in regional marketing, particularly in B2B SaaS, SMB, or marketplace solutions, is essential.
- The candidate should possess at least 3 years of experience managing and mentoring a high-performing team.
- A strong discipline in data-driven marketing, including monitoring KPIs and measuring ROI, is crucial for success in this role.
- The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a growth mindset, capable of cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both German and English are required, with additional languages being a bonus.
