- The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of semi-monthly payroll for Canada and the USA.
- This role involves managing the onboarding and offboarding of employees in the benefits systems.
- The coordinator will oversee payroll reporting and maintain individual payroll records using the in-house payroll system.
- Year-end adjustments and processing of T4s and ROEs will be part of the job responsibilities.
- The position requires acting as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding payroll and benefits inquiries.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of payroll and/or HR administrative experience.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
- Proficiency in Excel is required, indicating a need for strong analytical skills.
- A proactive and autonomous work style will be beneficial in managing payroll processes.
- Fluency in English is necessary, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
