- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in business development or as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). - A strong background in sales or upselling/inside sales is essential, with a comfort level in proactive outreach to network members. - The candidate should possess a passion for excellent customer service and be comfortable dealing with unhappy customers. - The ability to interpret data to identify actionable insights is crucial for success in this role. - Fluency in both English and Dutch is required, with additional languages being a plus.
