- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in business development or as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).

- The candidate should possess a passion for excellent customer service and be comfortable dealing with unhappy customers.
- The ability to interpret data to identify actionable insights is crucial for success in this role.
