- The Account Executive will be responsible for growing the EcoVadis network of assessed companies and enhancing response rates during the onboarding process.
- This role involves engaging with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and webinars, to assist them throughout their onboarding journey.
- The position requires identifying and targeting high-value customers with a customized outreach approach to ensure successful engagement.
- The candidate will need to manage and monitor their portfolio to maximize conversion rates and drive value for customers.
- The role also includes capturing and reporting insights to bridge gaps between customer expectations and participation in the EcoVadis evaluation process.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating a strong ability to engage with clients effectively.
- A background in sales or upselling is preferred, indicating comfort with proactive outreach to network members.
- The candidate should possess a passion for excellent customer service and a desire to improve customer experiences continuously.
- Fluency in English and either Japanese or Chinese is essential, with additional South-East Asian languages being a strong advantage.
- The successful individual will be autonomous and proactive, capable of managing tasks efficiently while identifying business opportunities.
