✨ About The Role
- The Senior Director of Engineering will oversee all aspects of Dynapower’s production engineering, product line engineering, and research & development activities.

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of fifteen years of progressive experience in engineering, design, and manufacturing of electrical power conversion systems.
- A strong background in managing engineering teams, with at least 10-12 years of experience in leadership roles, is essential.
- The successful individual will possess a bachelor's degree in engineering, with advanced degrees such as MSEE, PhD, or MBA being strongly preferred.
- They should demonstrate a high degree of technical expertise and the ability to build effective working relationships across various teams and with customers.
- Experience in project-based business and a proven track record of driving new product design and development are crucial for success in this role.
