- The Environmental, Health & Safety and Facilities Specialist will ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and facility management standards.
- This role involves coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders to manage facility operations and ensure employee safety.
- Responsibilities include responding to emergencies, conducting audits, and maintaining documentation for the Business Management System and FESH standards.
- The position requires collaboration with the Quality Manager and Global FESH team to align local practices with global standards.
- The specialist will also provide training and support to staff and contractors on FESH practices.

- A university degree or equivalent relevant work experience is required for this role.
- Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other relevant standards is essential.
- Candidates should possess an IOSH/NEBOSH qualification or equivalent, with demonstrated experience at this level if the qualification is not met.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are necessary to effectively advise and support staff on safe working practices.
- The ideal candidate should be a team player, capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple competing tasks.
