✨ About The Role

- The Senior Civil Engineer will support all phases of major projects, from initial project scoping and development through construction and final project close-out. - Responsibilities include providing engineering oversight to ensure compliance with project contracts and design criteria. - The role involves participating in design reviews, drawing reviews, and construction support, as well as resolving technical RFIs. - The engineer will prepare thorough and accurate technical reports, documentation, and calculations. - Coaching and mentoring other engineering professionals is also a key responsibility of this position.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABET accredited program or state registration as a Professional Engineer. - A minimum of 6 years of engineering experience is required, or 5 years with state registration as a Professional Engineer. - Candidates should possess thorough knowledge of permitting, storm water, geotechnical, foundations, concrete, structural steel, lifting/rigging, and building codes. - Experience in major project execution with an emphasis on constructability is highly desirable. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are essential for success in this role.
