✨ About The Role
- The Project Manager, Preconstruction will work closely with Development to address construction and execution-related issues early in the project lifecycle.
- This role involves leading the development of detailed baseline project schedules and providing input for investment approval projects.
- The candidate will manage the EPC RFP process, including scoping, evaluation, and selection of contractors.
- The position requires coordination with Cost Estimating & Controls to maintain project budgets and cash forecasts.
- The Project Manager will oversee the integration of all project stakeholders and host weekly project status meetings.

- A successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience in construction and project management.
- The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in the renewable energy sector or industrial construction, demonstrating a strong understanding of large utility-scale projects.
- Strong analytical skills are essential, particularly in conducting constructability reviews and risk analyses.
- The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office software, including MS Project, and have experience with critical path method scheduling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to manage relationships with various stakeholders, including contractors and suppliers.
