✨ About The Role
- The Project Manager, Pre-Construction will work collaboratively with Development and Execution teams to support construction due diligence.
- Responsibilities include conducting constructability reviews, risk analyses, and developing project schedules to ensure timely project execution.
- The role involves managing the RFI and RFP processes for assigned projects, facilitating the transition from development to execution phases.
- The candidate will oversee the development of detailed project management and construction strategies, including budgets and implementation plans.
- The position requires participation in the identification and selection of suppliers, as well as coordination with Cost Estimating & Controls for budgeting forecasts.

- A successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience in construction and project management.
- The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in the renewable energy sector or industrial construction, demonstrating a strong understanding of large utility-scale projects.
- Advanced knowledge of construction management methods, contract management, and procurement processes is essential for this role.
- The candidate should have experience in building and maintaining critical path method schedules, showcasing their ability to manage complex projects effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to develop effective relationships with contractors and suppliers, ensuring successful project execution.
