- The Estimating Engineer will serve as the primary technical resource for the Critical Power team, driving customer assessments and product evaluations.
- This role involves developing technical and financial proposals based on power assessments to meet customer objectives.
- The Estimating Engineer will collaborate closely with the sales team, acting as a key technical advisor and product advocate.
- Responsibilities include responding to RFIs/RFPs and providing design and specification support to various stakeholders.
- The position requires maintaining accurate records of accounts, opportunities, and project statuses in company-approved systems.

- A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is required, along with equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience specifically in DC Power, ideally within the telecom or cable industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and knowledge of Microsoft Visio and/or AutoCAD is desired.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively engage with customers and team members.
- The ideal candidate should be organized and capable of managing multiple projects and customer assessments simultaneously.
