- The Associate, Project Development will manage and support the development of large-scale renewable energy projects from proposal to construction.
- This role involves collaborating with various teams, including Business Development, Engineering, and Project Finance, throughout the project lifecycle.
- The position requires identifying and implementing creative project development approaches to optimize schedules and reduce risks.
- The Associate will also support due diligence on project acquisitions and manage relationships with local project stakeholders.
- The role includes creating and managing project budgets and schedules, as well as preparing materials for management presentations.

- Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in engineering, business, economics, finance, environmental science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of applicable experience in the renewable energy industry is required, particularly in utility-scale solar and/or wind projects.
- The ideal candidate will have experience navigating complex permitting pathways for energy projects in the central United States.
- Strong project management skills are essential, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with land development processes, including landowner engagement and negotiation, is important for success in this role.
