✨ About The Role
- The Senior Finance Analyst will report to the Finance Director for Aftermarket EMEA and will be responsible for financial analysis and reporting for the Aftermarket business group.
- Key responsibilities include consolidating financials, preparing monthly reporting packages, and creating full financial statements for the business group.
- The role involves analyzing plan vs. actuals and identifying key trends and insights to support decision-making.
- The analyst will support financial initiatives, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business objectives.
- Implementing cash flow management and forecasting techniques using data analytics and predictive modeling will be part of the job.
- The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process enhancements and controls.

- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required, with an MBA or advanced certification preferred.
- Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, reporting, and/or accounting roles.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and presentation skills is essential for success in this role.
- The ideal candidate will have experience with financial systems such as Business Warehouse and OneStream.
