- The Reliability Engineer will review and participate in capital projects, focusing on total cost of ownership.
- Responsibilities include optimizing preventive and predictive maintenance processes to reduce production losses and asset failures.
- The role involves leading efforts to ensure the reliability and maintainability of various systems and equipment.
- The engineer will define and refine an Asset Maintenance Plan that includes value-added preventive maintenance tasks.
- Participation in the development of design and installation specifications, as well as factory and site acceptance testing, is required.
âš¡ Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering is required, with a preference for Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a maintenance engineering role and reliability engineering processes.
- Certification as a Maintenance and Reliability Professional is desired, along with Lean-Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Strong understanding of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Asset Management principles is essential.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary, with the ability to teach and present to large groups.
