✨ About The Role
- The Production Manager will be responsible for organizing and implementing plans, procedures, and policies to maximize resource utilization.
- This role involves supervising Manufacturing Supervisors and the Production Control department to ensure production goals are met.
- The manager will conduct employee meetings and handle employee relations, including promotions and disciplinary actions.
- Compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and environmental regulations is a key responsibility.
- The role includes recommending improvements in equipment and processes and managing the installation of new equipment.

- A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is required for this position.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Supervisory experience of at least 3 years with salaried employees is preferred.
- Previous experience in a heavy industrial environment and managing multiple shift operations is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with molten metals will be an advantage for applicants.
