- Professional experience in automotive systems, electronics, and software product development is essential.
- Experience in developing automotive battery systems or electrification integration products is preferred.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams without formal authority are crucial.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are required, with German being a plus.
- The candidate should be willing to travel up to 30% for the role.
