- The Hardware Requirements Engineer will be responsible for generating and managing electronic hardware requirements for lithium-ion and ultra capacitor energy storage systems.
- The role involves reviewing customer specifications to identify relevant requirements for energy storage electronics hardware.
- Collaboration with Systems, Software, and Functional Safety Engineering teams is crucial to develop electronic, safety, diagnostics, and hardware-software interface requirements.
- The engineer will lead the development of electronic requirements and verification test case requirements, including authoring and reviews.
- Participation in the definition and review of Hardware Architecture designs is expected.

- A successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
- The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in embedded electronic hardware development for safety-critical systems.
- Experience with electronic schematics and circuits is essential for this position.
- Familiarity with formal requirement management tools such as Doors or Jama is necessary.
- The ideal candidate should have experience working in the Agile Scrum framework.
