- The GBS Compliance Officer will ensure finance compliance with relevant regulations and standards within Global Business Solutions (GBS).
- Responsibilities include reviewing policies and work instructions quarterly and updating them as necessary.
- The role involves preparing SOX controls in a timely manner and leading discussions for updates to the SOX Control Matrix.
- The officer will review monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and assist in resolving any reconciling items.
- Coordination of internal and external audits, including timely delivery of samples and supporting documentation, is a key responsibility.

- A bachelor's degree in business education or equivalent professional experience focusing on Finance or Accounting is essential for this role.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of finance compliance regulations and standards.
- Experience in preparing SOX controls and leading discussions for SOX Control Matrix updates is highly desirable.
- The successful candidate will have a proven track record in maintaining excellent control environments and identifying material errors.
- Strong communication skills are necessary for organizing training sessions and conveying key regulatory changes to employees.
