- The ideal candidate is currently enrolled as a full-time student pursuing an undergraduate degree in Engineering.
- A successful applicant will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and critical parameters.
- The candidate should possess problem-solving skills, particularly in equipment downtime and root cause failure analysis.
- Experience or coursework related to Controls, PLC, or Robotics will be beneficial for this role.
- The individual should be able to manage small to medium projects effectively and demonstrate project management skills.
