- The Electronics Lead Engineer will be responsible for the electronic design and development of energy management system components for low voltage battery and ultra capacitor systems.
- This role involves leading a development team and ensuring that electronic products meet or exceed hardware requirements.
- The engineer will direct the design to ensure integration with software, manufacturing, and the battery system.
- Responsibilities include reviewing hardware analysis plans, approving test results, and leading design justification and reviews.
- The position requires facilitating the development of DFMEAs and functional safety within the battery management system.

- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or a Master’s degree (MSEE) preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of professional engineering experience in a related field is essential for success in this role.
- Experience in OE Automotive/Tier 1 Powertrain electronics is required, showcasing a strong background in the automotive industry.
- The candidate should possess technical and project leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to lead teams effectively.
- Proficiency in schematic capture tools, such as Altium, and experience with electronic circuit debug, test, and simulation tools are necessary.
