- The ideal candidate will have a strong dedication to providing outstanding customer service during every visit.
- Candidates should possess current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1) and relevant NVQ or C&G qualifications in plumbing or heating.
- A minimum of three years of qualified experience in fault finding and diagnosis is essential for this role.
- Applicants should have electrical knowledge, including wiring and fault finding on S-plan, Y-plan, and combination systems and boilers.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently in challenging situations will be crucial for success in this position.
