- A minimum of eight years of direct Human Resources Generalist experience is required.
- The candidate should possess knowledge of OSHA, EPA, ADA, EEO, and AAP regulations.
- Strong training, employee relations, and labor relations skills are essential for success in this role.
- Effective communication skills are necessary to relate to all levels of employees within the organization.
