- The Research Associate will support research, modeling, analysis, and writing tasks across complex carbon management advisory engagements.
- The role will focus on engineered pathways to CO2 reduction and removal, including clean fuels and low carbon building materials.
- Responsibilities include conducting research, data analyses, and expert interviews both independently and collaboratively.
- The position requires participation in project design, execution of research, and preparation of deliverables in collaboration with team members.
- Occasional travel may be required as part of the job.
⚡ Requirements
- A successful candidate will have a solid foundation in physical or applied sciences, such as engineering, chemistry, or earth sciences.
- Familiarity with carbon management solutions, including decarbonization and carbon removal technologies, is essential.
- The ideal candidate should have experience with Life Cycle Assessments, Techno-Economic Assessments, or emissions mitigation strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary for effective communication across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in analytical software such as Excel, R, GIS, or Tableau is preferred.
