✨ About The Role
- The Strategic Sourcing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for all Carbon Clean product lines.
- This role involves leading the strategic sourcing process, including supplier scouting, selection, approval, and contracting.
- The manager will monitor supplier performance across various metrics such as capacity, quality, delivery, cost, and lead time.
- A key responsibility will be to develop a supply chain risk mitigation plan and ensure its execution.
- The position requires active engagement with suppliers to meet product and service cost targets.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic sourcing and supply chain management, particularly in Engineering-Procurement-Fabrication (EPF) sectors.
- A proven track record of developing and executing sourcing strategies that align with business needs is essential.
- Experience in leading contracting activities and negotiating Master Service Agreements and other supply agreements is crucial.
- The candidate should possess strong analytical skills to monitor market trends and develop cost models to minimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for establishing and maintaining key supplier relationships.
