✨ About The Role
- The Accounting Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting operations in the Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay cycles.
- This role involves managing a team of 5, including 2 direct reports, and providing guidance and training to achieve company goals.
- The manager will support the GL Manager in executing monthly and quarterly closing procedures and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.
- Continuous improvement in accounting operations, internal controls, and processes to mitigate financial risks is a key responsibility.
- The position requires coordination with internal stakeholders to streamline and optimize accounting processes.

- A successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance or Accounting.
- The ideal individual should possess a minimum of 5+ years of related experience, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in Big 4 accounting firms or in internal controls or internal audit is considered a plus.
- The candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting operation processes and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills, motivation, and attention to detail are essential for this role.
- Effective communication skills are necessary to collaborate with various stakeholders and team members.
