✨ About The Role
- This internship position allows students to apply and enhance their knowledge of power plant operations under supervision.
- Interns will assist in maintaining and repairing electrical equipment and instrumentation, including the plant's Distributed Control System (DCS).
- The role involves monitoring and repairing gas turbine and steam turbine control systems, generators, transformers, and switchgear.
- Interns will perform routine troubleshooting activities and utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for maintenance tasks.
- Safety is a priority, and interns are expected to adhere to established safety and health policies while identifying and managing risks.

- The ideal candidate is a college student pursuing a degree in Process Technology, Electrical Technology, Instrumentation Technology, or Industrial Mechanical Maintenance.
- Candidates should have completed at least two semesters of coursework and maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- A strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work on elevated platforms and climb ladders are essential.
- Successful applicants will demonstrate good problem-solving and analytical abilities, along with strong computer skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, as well as good organization and attention to detail, are crucial for this role.
