- The Sales Operations Officer will be responsible for ensuring the sales team operates efficiently and meets sales targets. - Key duties include sales data reconciliation and monitoring the productivity of sales agents across various channels. - The role involves managing the PJP (Planned Journey Plan) process, ensuring adherence and reporting on performance. - The officer will administer the remuneration structure, ensuring accurate performance data and commission verification. - Monthly reconciliation and verification of trade spend against approved PJPs will also be part of the responsibilities.

- A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field is typically required for this role. - Candidates should have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales operations or sales support. - Proficiency in data analysis and experience working with data is essential, with 2-3 years of experience preferred. - Strong skills in spreadsheets, particularly Google Sheets or Excel, are necessary for effective data management. - Excellent interpersonal skills are important, as the role involves significant coordination with other teams.
