- The Carbon Project Manager will oversee the execution of carbon projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. - The role involves managing all project phases, from inception to carbon credit issuance, through detailed planning and reporting. - The manager will coordinate field activities such as surveys and audits, handle logistics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Responsibilities include preparing project budgets, organizing stakeholder meetings, and leading baseline surveys and monitoring surveys. - The position requires cultivating good relationships with BURN country representatives to ensure understanding and timely delivery of carbon requirements.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of project management experience, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong communication skills are essential, particularly in reporting, negotiation, and conflict resolution. - Experience in stakeholder management is crucial, as the role involves working with internal and external stakeholders, including enumerators and consultants. - The candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions in dynamic project environments. - Familiarity with the carbon project lifecycle and understanding of key regulatory carbon requirements or standards will be beneficial.
