- Candidates should possess at least 8 years of engineering experience in systems engineering, demonstrating a strong technical background.
- Experience in propulsion system development, particularly in power electronics, motors, and hardware integration, is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective customer interface and technical negotiations.
