- A bachelor's degree in engineering is required, with a preference for mechanical engineering.
- Candidates should have fresh to 5 years of professional experience, ideally in product engineering.
- Experience in E Motor or Electric Drive Product Design & Development is preferred.
- Automotive experience is highly valued, along with knowledge of DFMEA, DFM/DFA, and APQP.
- Strong communication skills in English are essential for collaboration with teams and customers.
