✨ About The Role
- The Senior Mechanical Development Engineer will be responsible for the design and release of components used in product assemblies.
- This role requires collaboration with Program Lead Engineers and CAE Engineers to meet defined performance requirements.
- The engineer will issue CAE requests and provide direction for analysis of components and sub-systems.
- The position involves creating and maintaining DFMEAs and conducting Design Release Reviews (DRR).
- The MDE will be the key technical expert during customer meetings and discussions with various stakeholders.

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- A successful candidate will possess at least 7 years of related engineering work experience.
- Strong understanding of Electric Driveline and/or Traditional (ICE) Driveline systems and components is essential.
- The candidate should have experience in generating 2D and 3D CAD data, particularly using NX software.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Suppliers, is crucial.
