- The Sales Analyst will manage customer demand and purchase orders while ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. - Daily communication with customers is required to build trust and collaboration, as well as to address any questions or complaints. - The role involves collaborating with scheduling, planning, logistics, and operations to meet customer ship dates. - The analyst will monitor EDI demand variations and provide analytical support for customer presentations and sales forecasting. - Participation in continuous process improvement initiatives is expected, along with analyzing customer order volatility and trends.

âš¡ Requirements

- A bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required, along with at least one year of experience or three years of related experience. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with customers and collaborating with various teams. - The ideal candidate should be able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is necessary, and experience with SAP and manufacturing is preferred. - The candidate must be able to work effectively in a team environment and adhere to safety rules and regulations.
